(Watch: Full Video Here) The 10th anniversary of the Rural Life and Traditions Festival, also known as the Harvest Festival, took place in the scenic village Dur in Armenia’s Kodak region. The Harvest Festival is more than a cultural celebration. It’s a platform for positive change in rural communities. This year’s theme, “A Healthy Lifestyle–Key to Sustainable Development,” underscores the importance of health-conscious living and eco-friendly farming practices.
Each year, the festival brings together around 200 farmers, farming groups, and agricultural entrepreneurs from Armenia and abroad. It’s a space for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and showcasing the richness of Armenian rural life.
Visitors enjoy a diverse range of organic wines, dried fruits, honey, jams, cheese, and other local delicacies. The festival also features traditional dishes, handicrafts, folk performances, and children’s activities, creating a vibrant cultural experience.
