This June, ECLOF Sri Lanka hosted its all staff meeting and awarding ceremony, bringing together teams from branches across the country. The 4-day event served as a powerful platform for strategic dialogue, impactful field engagement, and unified planning toward a shared vision.
On field visits, staff and board members engaged directly with clients involved in agriculture, poultry farming, and food processing and got firsthand insight of how ECLOF’s Microfinance programs transform livelihoods. The Head of Operations along with Board members presented ECLOF’s digital initiatives that optimize workflows and give clients faster and more transparent services. Ensuing leadership sessions led by the CEO and Board focused on sustainability, innovation, and social goals towards 2030.
