ECLOF Dominicana participates in training organized by ADOPEM

Ten staff members of ECLOF Dominicana attended a special training session on Quality Customer Service, organized by ADOPEM (The Women’s Bank) on March 5 in Santo Domingo. The participants greatly enjoyed the event, where they notably learned how better to identify the expectations of their clients, how to develop and keep positive attitudes in all circumstances, and how to remain motivated in their daily work.
