Maria Fernanda Toledo has joined ECLOF International as its new programme assistant for monitoring and finance. She has taken over from Anna Rudina. Maria Fernanda is Mexican and previously worked for an international non-governmental organization that seeks to eliminate violence against women in Africa, which is an issue to which Maria Fernanda is deeply committed. With a degree in business administration and sociology, ECLOF's new programme assistant is currently studying for an MBA.
