It has been a year of many changes, of challenges overcome and of improved performance. Notwithstanding many anticipated difficulties, we kept the bar high and managed through an incredible collective effort to continue to deliver excellent services. This was mirrored by a steadily strengthening performance across the network.

I am also deeply proud to present to you some of the amazing projects run by our National Offices. I never cease to be amazed by the diversity of services that they offer, the creativity and commitment they put into the relationships that they build with their clients, and the dedication that I see from all of our staff in the field.
